ABSTRACT
The popularity of the caveman narrative today tells us that men are feeling angry, sexually deprived, and powerless. It also tells us that science remains an authoritative answer in regards to our bodies and political arrangements. It tells us that bodies are increasingly seen as the originator of culture, rather than vice versa. It further tells us that political arrangements are seen as the expressions of biological essences rather than the institutional forces that find their expression in lived bodies.
