ABSTRACT

Problems are the name of the game, so to get upset and let that affect your acting is completely unproductive. Of course it can be rather wonderful to have a tremendous problem, and to let everyone know how horrible that problem is, but make sure you are not inflating the worry to appear more of a hero when you finally solve it. The Director Says: Don't allow aggravations to affect you, otherwise all the wonderful work you did in rehearsals will be destroyed and wasted. The same old problems will be waiting for you at your next stop-so solve them straight away, and take your solutions with you. There is no magic wand waved over you when you leave a particular job, place, or training establishment. There will always be problems; in fact, there will never be a trouble-free production.
