The simplest definition of change management is making change in a planned and managed fashion. In the context of e-learning systems, change management requires a thorough understanding of how your organization does business, how it plans to grow, and then identifying the workflows that need to change to successfully implement a new e-learning environment, or to expand (scale) an existing environment.
