Elbow Problems

Stabbing pain or ache in the forearm or upper arm. Limited arm movement with pain at extremes. Pain relieved with arm resting in neutral position. Tender spots in the muscle belly.

Muscle spasm (elbow)

Overuse or improper use of the wrist and fingers, causing depletion and cramping of the muscle (e.g., long practices with heavy sticks or mallets or inefficient technique).
