ABSTRACT

The purpose of this chapter is to look at Morenean theory through a chaos theory lens. Chaos theory has much to contribute to informing – both reinforcing and reformulating – Morenean thought, which includes both theory and philosophy. Chaos theory provides a bridge between the widely accepted ‘logical positivist’ view of the world and the postmodernist and constructivist philosophies entertained at present – and it does so using a mathematical basis.
