ABSTRACT
The following general provisions are those which are normally applicable to actions under the PHAs 1936 and 1961 and are also generally applicable to procedures being taken under the CAA 1993 and the PDPA 1949. Unless otherwise indicated they will apply to the procedures in this chapter.
