ABSTRACT
This chapter is kept quite brief and without excessive detail. The main purpose of the book is as a text for courses in teaching in higher education and for individual academics who want to improve their teaching. The aim of this chapter is to provide just sufficient information about the method of the study to convince the reader that the conclusions drawn are valid and reliable.
