ABSTRACT
According to the ancient Oracle at Delphi, the most important study for anyone is
not how to make money, nor how to help alleviate world poverty – nor even how to
philosophise; it is the simpler task of coming to ‘know yourself’. Know who you are,
what you are, why you are. But before anyone can answer any of these important-
sounding questions, they must first of all ‘find’ themselves. Because if you can’t
find something, you can’t learn much about it.
