ABSTRACT
Whoever knows how seriously my philosophy has pursued the fight against vengefulness and rancour, even into the doctrine of ‘free will’ – the fight against Christianity is merely a special case of this – will understand why I am making such a point of my own behaviour, my instinctive sureness in practice.
