ABSTRACT
Concrete is a mixture of cement, fine aggregates, such as sand, coarse aggregates, such as gravel and crushed rock, and water, combined together in the correct proportions to give a strong, dense, homogeneous material which can be easily moulded to desired shapes and is ideally suited for the manufacture of structural components.
