ABSTRACT
Access to education is a universal human right and teachers are in demand across the world. However, there are some restrictions, and it is worth considering how any move will fit into your longer-term career plan. There is a worldwide movement of international schools, and many teachers trained in Britain are to be found working in such schools on every continent. Indeed, some teachers make a career working in such schools, as it provides an opportunity to experience different parts of the world. For some, returning home can become a problem, and if that is your eventual aim, you should have a strategy in mind to make a return possible.
