ABSTRACT
The linear sequence (primary structure) of tRNAs is 60-95 nt long, most commonly 76. There are many modified nucleosides present, notably, thymidine, pseudouridine, dihydrouridine and inosine. There are 15 invariant and eight semi-variant residues in tRNA molecules.
