ABSTRACT

In the two consecutive waves of the e-Living study that splashed on the shores of a still largely uncharted e-Bulgaria in the autumn of 2001 and 2002, respectively, respondents were asked to what extent they agreed with the statement: ‘The Internet is a mystery to me.’ In 2001, 72 per cent agreed with this. A year later, the mystery was not anywhere close to being dispelled for 68 per cent of respondents.
