ABSTRACT
Researchers, hospital directors, professional associations of nurses and defenders of nurses’ interests as well as HRD professionals all agree that nurses need to learn continuously and that on-the-job learning is significant if this is to be achieved. The aim of this study is to investigate what and how nurses learn on the job.
