ABSTRACT
In this chapter the research findings with secondary school pupils are presented and include:
• Their leadership role models. • What opportunities there are to develop leadership inside and outside
school. • What hinders leadership development in school. • What does leadership feel like. • What changes they would make in schools to develop more leadership. • What they would want the leaders in the world to do.
