ABSTRACT
Given all the criticism and pressure directed at education, it is amazing that there are still so many educators who are resilient and strong enough to go on (Levine, 1989). We are confronted almost daily in the media and professional journals with the decline of the educational system (Conner, 1989; Feldhusen, 1989).
