ABSTRACT
The Academy is the Central Research Institution of Building of the DDR and is subordinate to the Ministry of Construction. It is concerned with research, development, planning, design and consulting in architecture, buildings and civil engineering. Main fields of work The Academy can award to individuals the title of Doctor and of Professor.
