Museum as dialogue

The majority of the papers that appear in this reader are written by museum professionals. They represent the insider’s view, albeit highly informed and searching. It is important, however, to have an outsider’s view, and to look at museums through the eyes of others. The next two papers, by Neil Postman and Michael Wallace, do just that.
