ABSTRACT
After the work of the various committees has been summarized by the steering committee, everyone should take a well deserved holiday. During the summer, if not before, the school administration should appoint a project director, someone who will coordinate the school-wide effort during the implementation phase. That person might likely come from the steering committee. The project director and the administration should plan the first month of the school year very carefully.
