ABSTRACT
The life of reinforced concrete structure is mainly determined either by the degradation of concrete itself or by the corrosion of reinforcing steel. The subject of this paper was set up to investigate the latter case, and the method to predict the service life in connection with corrosion due to carbonation and corrosion due to chloride was investigated.
