ABSTRACT
It has been an exceptional privilege to have been able to spend these past three days at this conference in good company discussing a fascinating and important subject – and not having to deal with my in-tray. We have covered a lot of ground in this period. While appreciating that it has been an intense three days and that many of you have long journeys home ahead, I think it worth while to reflect briefly on what I believe has been a most successful conference.
