ABSTRACT

This exercise is for use with Figures 14, 15, 16, 17. The abbreviation Sus denotes a sustained movement whereby you squat down with your back straight. As you do so your arms circle and cross in front of the body. As you stand up, raising yourself up on to your toes, the arms rise extended above the head. Finish up by placing your heels firmly in contact with the floor and allow your arms to complete the circle ready for the next clap as marked in the figures.8
