The organisation of health care

In this last chapter, the major consideration is to examine what is happening by way of delivery of health care in different countries and some of the central issues involved in this, primarily at a pragmatic level. This is then discussed against the background of the economic framework built up in earlier chapters. Latterly, it is noted that while that economic framework appears relevant everywhere, the interpretation of how best to provide health care within that is subject to variation across the cultures and ideologies of different countries.
