Getting support teachers to work positively with you in your lessons is also vital to your survival and success in a difficult school. It is likely that some of your classes will attract an extra teacher who is charged with the responsibility of supporting one or two pupils on statements or looking after other students who are at an early stage of learning English. You may also receive some support from a special needs teachers if your group has many pupils with very low reading ages.
