ABSTRACT
The issue of post-construction dispute resolution raises several considerations about the legal system: it not only involves specific substantive rules on civil liability – which are those that in the end provide a resolution to each case – but also procedural rules pursuant to which the courts must act; relevant also is the organisation of the courts in the country, and even the culture and custom of private companies in the industrial sector regarding the way they resolve their disputes.
