ABSTRACT
In Chapter 1 we provided a definition of PSD and its role within the whole curriculum and suggested that PSD comprises the knowledge and understanding, skills and attitudes that young people will need if they are to sustain agreed values. Put another way, PSD is essentially about some very complex but specific learning outcomes.
