ABSTRACT
Paul Anand, D.Phil. (Oxon), M.Sc., is Reader in Decision Theory at De Montfort University, Milton Keynes. He has previously held posts at the universities of Oxford, Cambridge and York. He specializes in research on the foundations and applications of decision theory and is the author of Foundations of Rational Choice Under Risk. He is currently managing editor of Risk, Decision and Policy and works on a variety of topics including AIDS, government administration and the Internet.
