ABSTRACT
Developmental management is founded upon the laws of growth and change that underpin the development of living organisms. It is rooted particularly in the life sciences, that is more within biology and ecology, rather than within classical physics or the social sciences. It is based, moreover, neither on purely instinctive behaviour nor on wholly rational conduct, but on a process of conscious evolution.
