ABSTRACT

We have presented case-studies of schools in eight countries set in their national and local contexts in order to illuminate differences in perspective on inclusion and exclusion. We provided an individual analysis of each chapter in which we examined the extent to which school and national contexts were related, drew attention to and contested the assumptions of the authors and the perspectives revealed in the texts.
