ABSTRACT

Good evening ladies and gentlemen. My name is Pingalito Betancourt. I am a retired public transportation official. As a matter of fact in Cuba in 1955 I was the conductor of the M15 bus. I was called the Socrates, the philosopher king of the M15. It is an honor to be here at opinions of the Hoi Polloi. First when I see the sign I get excited, I think it is Spanish, Hoy Pollo (today chicken), but no. Hoi Polloi is an expression that means, mi gente, the people, the masses.
