ABSTRACT
The final chapter sets out to answer a number of key questions that have arisen from the case studies in Chapters 5-9 and the analysis in Chapter 10:
• Are the case study schools, selected because they gave promise of meeting the restructuring criteria, in any way radically different from other effective schools?
