ABSTRACT
Kente died. His son Kaihula inherited his property. Kaihula died so on after and his grandfather Magangala inherited his property. It was stated in Court that there exists a difference of opinion as to the rigidity of the custom that in such cases the land should revert to the father or grandfather of deceased.
