ABSTRACT
At the time of my survey, I had been given a copy of Blackbird Damp’s schedule of remedial works and based my report upon it. When I came to prepare the report, for simplicity I bound copies of this and other documents into the back of my report for reference purposes. (The other reports were only copied after I had obtained permission so to do. These reports have not been reproduced.)
Now down to details. I had done a great deal of work for John Dove over the years, so it was
natural that he should come to me when he was intent on buying a house.
