ABSTRACT
Once again, Snow Road was a bungalow. As well as inspecting 6 Snow Road, Mr Brown wanted me to advise him if the loft could, if he wished it, be converted into living accommodation. This first requirement was answered within two minutes of visiting the house. As it was not possible to stand up in the loft, a conversion was out of the question (not unless the whole roof was rebuilt).
