ABSTRACT
RICS HOUSE BUYERS REPORT AND VALUATION The RICS House Buyers Report and Valuation (HBRV) is a fairly recent development being introduced around 1981. It is not a structural survey because the standard wording on page one says so. It is held out as being an Inspection Report that provides a basic information on the general state of the property. It also informs the reader that the report will not detail defects of no structural significance or of a minor nature.
