ABSTRACT
1. Then the Bhagavat Vairocana gazed upon the entire assembly. Desiring that the teaching might be fruitfully accomplished, he spoke gently to the most powerful one, Vajrapāāṇi, in order to proclaim the Lord of all Mantras, the King of Mantras, the Protector of all Mantras, the Great Majesty, that he might be caused to dwell in the Three Samayas and perfect the Three Paths: A ‘Listen, O Hero, with unwavering mind to the Mantra Protector of Mantras!’
