ABSTRACT
These newspapers will, we hope, contribute to a general world literature of the most potent kind as they gain an ever-increasing readership. But we must reiterate that we cannot talk here about nations becoming of one mind, but rather that they should start to become aware of each other, that they should gain some understanding of each other so that, even if they don’t come to love each other, they should at the very least learn to tolerate one another.
