INTRODUCTION
In a customer-order-fulfillment industry that includes small items, garments on hangers (GOH), cartons, and pallets, the second most complex order-fulfillment operation is the GOH operation. In the customer-order-fulfillment industry, the other terms used to designate GOH include hanging garments and rags.
