ABSTRACT
In technical terms, iFrame formats, such as DVCPro HD, produce video that is
easy for the computer to edit. Other formats that rely on MPEG-2 compression,
such as HDV and XDCAM EX, use interframe compression; this is where com-
pression takes place according to the difference between frames. This makes
both HDV and XDCAM EX much more difficult formats to work with.
