ABSTRACT

Attributed to the legendary Henri Cartier Bresson the decisive moment describes that split second when intuition aligns with the universe to capture an unplanned moment unfolding before the camera. This is a challenge when capturing images of lively groups, a rapidly changing scene, or delicate moments. Despite grabbing a quick succession of frames, one might find that no single frame truly captures the emotional impact of the original scene. Here, we shall explore techniques to merge a series of images to construct our own decisive moment. Merge the best aspects of several images to create a single image with the strongest impact https://s3-euw1-ap-pe-df-pch-content-public-p.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/9780240522432/e9de808a-b4d7-43c9-bd0b-2cc7af78d378/content/figu3_3_2_C.jpg" xmlns:xlink="https://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"/>
