ABSTRACT
At the beginning of the current decade there was more than one zettabyte of digital information in the world...a number that is expected to double every two years (ITU, 2012a). With benefits to healthcare, energy consumption, and an improved global economy, the importance of high speed Internet access around the globe will continue to grow.
