ABSTRACT
The story of Donald Trump and his leadership will be a source of debate, research, and discussion for the foreseeable future. Leaders understand what got them there whether it be through hard work, family fortune, or good luck. Any promises made on accepting a new leadership role won’t mean much as they return to the mean. Looking back, that was quite a leadership ride. Great leaders accomplished things that were unprecedented. But despotic dictators and maniacal kings and queens did things also that were unprecedented. Donald Trump and his actions and style and behaviors can only be described as unprecedented.
