4 Statistical Approach In the case of true RGB images, the intensities of the red, green, blue components are separated and the mean, median and standard deviation for the whole image are calculated. Along with this, the mean, median and standard deviation for the luminosity of the image are found. Each gesture is represented by a total of 12 parameters.
