ABSTRACT
On March 4 and 5, 1999, the University of Oklahoma Libraries in cooperation with the University of Oklahoma Foundation hosted a conference, “Collection Development in the Electronic Environment: Shifting Priorities.” The conference brought together librarians and vendors from around the country to discuss important issues facing the library profession. I am very pleased to present the papers given at this conference.
