ABSTRACT

This chapter aims to discuss profiles across environments of responses for individual genotypes within the seven summary groups and for the groups themselves. The effect of using the indexes for genotypes 1-43 on the horizontal axis should be to make the profiles for the five groups within maturity class M smoother and the profiles for the two groups within maturity class E rougher. The environment index was the barely trimmed mean of the seven group summaries, i.e. the mean of the inner five group summaries. The range was the difference between the largest and smallest group summaries. On the vertical axis authors will have the summaries of the different standardized responses for the seven groups for each attribute. The ordering of the attributes on the horizontal axis is based on the greedy close ordering obtained from the main body of 43 genotypes.
