ABSTRACT
We have already said that a strategic plan provides a sense of direction. We have also said that the end, if not justifying, most certainly directs the means. In clinical development, that end is a medically needed, registerable product. The crowning glory in this package is the positive, well documented, absolutely convincing phase III clinical trial.
