ABSTRACT
In the previous parts of this section we have examined the practical reasons for undertaking balance experiments and the techniques required to perform a full range of these experiments. The aims have been to understand the absorption and disposition of novel compounds. However, there remains the question: can one predict routes of absorption and excretion using data available for existing compounds?
