ABSTRACT

To strengthen corporate culture, Telkom Indonesia is digitizing employee activity with mobile applications such as Diarium and Cognitium. Telkom Indonesia must change from a telecommunication (TELCO) company to a TELCO digital company (TELCO DICO). One thing that must be considered is rapid shifting into DICO competencies, so Telkom CorpU has a focus on recruiting people with digital talent. To find these people, Telkom CorpU is implementing a human resources development mechanism with a three pronged-concept that supports Telkom’s digital capability development. Telkom has the Learning Value Chain for human resources development, and the Telkom Integrated Learning Cycle for delivering education. In terms of learning technology, more and more organizations are considering updated and better ways to educate their workforces. Learning technology trends will provide insights that are cutting-edge, engaging, and effective, and that drive employee growth and improve the organization’s learning culture.
