ABSTRACT

Indonesia has several communities with special needs. As a result, a social rehabilitation center was built for people with visual disabilities called Wyata Guna Bandung, with most of the graduates working in massage parlors. This study used qualitative data collected via purposive sampling obtained from the results of in-depth interviews with stakeholders that included society, academics, companies, and students of Wyata Guna. This study also reports the application of Soft System Methodology (SSM) in the Wyata Guna Bandung. Using the theory of social entrepreneurship, this study applied the SSM at each stage that analyzes and explores how each stakeholder thinks. This study only summarizes the preliminary results because further study is required to analyze the application of the system in the Wyata Guna Bandung.
