ABSTRACT
Chapter 9 is a clinical illustration, where the patient substitutes himself for the split-off function of the mother as hidden third, digitizing and memorizing the rats, that is, the “animots” which convey the crushing forces of the primitive void who condemn the primary destructive impulse of the subject.
